The location is GREAT. The airport shuttle stop is only 5 minutes away. the underground train is about a 5 minute walk. the room is clean and quiet. The bathroom size is good.
The only downside IS the soundproofing. The guest next door knocked on the wall. We were talking in our room in a normal volume. That might be because of the door connecting the room next door, the door was not knocked either.

The room was quite small, i felt a bit claustrophobic. also. the air conditioning was too strong. I couldn't seem to adjust it properly. it was uncomfortably cold at times. and we loved the pool. That was disappointing. it took away from the experience. it was not ideal.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is near an MTR exit. It is also near a direct bus from the Airport. The room was better and bigger than rooms I had stayed in before.
The ventilation system made constant noise. It continued 24/7 in the room. Even with the A/C off, it was audible.

The employees that understood English were very helpful and accommodating. They offered assistance with directions and local information. The staff ensured all requests were handled promptly and efficiently. They were always available at the reception.

The hotel features a laundry facility right next to the hotel. It includes washing machines and dryers. There is air conditioning in every room, ensuring a regulated climate, though the ventilation made noise.

Breakfast had buffet options at a reasonable price. The food leaned toward Asian cuisine. The breakfast area included a veranda. I enjoyed having breakfast there in the mornings, though it was a little crowded.

The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to the metro station. the staff were friendly and helpful!
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway. the breakfast was simple. It was the same food every day.

The staff were helpful, I must say. I found the location pretty good. It was close to many local eateries and shops.
The air conditioning was too cold for my liking. I could not turn it off completely. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel also has odd rules about plastic. They don't provide toiletries in dispensers, so you have to buy tiny plastic bottles. This seems to create more waste.
